For the body, retopo was done using zbrush’s zremesher. Face topology was done in maya and later merged with the body. The whole body was 16 million poly which was not enough to detail the head more. So, split the body based on UV tiles of 4 pieces.

 

 

 

 

When you create displacement maps, each piece typically calculates the height information separately. However, there is an option in Multi-Map Exporter (which is included in 4R7 and found in your Zplugin palette) to export all maps with the same height distance value range.
